Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager supports the delivery of care within our residential home, working alongside the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to support the service to provide effective care for every resident. To make sure that each resident maintains their independence, retains choice, preserve dignity and live a full life. This role combines leadership with compassion, helping to guide and mentor the care team. With strong communication skills and a hands on approach, the Assistant Manager plays a vital part in creating a nurturing and supportive environment for both residents and team members
Hours: 33 hours per week (excluding breaks)
Salary: £33,000 to £38,000 (£19.23 – £22.14 per hour)

Office Manager
The Office Manager plays a key role in the smooth and efficient running of our residential home, ensuring that administrative systems support the highest standards of care. This role requires excellent organisational skills, discretion, and a compassionate approach, working closely with colleagues, residents, and families. The Office Manager contributes to a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and staff are well supported.
Hours: 22.5 hours per week (minimum 3 days per week) additional hours may be available
Salary: £16,205 to £23,400 dependent on skills and experience (full time equivalent £27,000 to £39,000)

Social Wellbeing Coordinator
The Social Wellbeing Team is responsible for running the main activities programme in the home and using a person-centred approach to support the social wellbeing of individual residents through one-to-one sessions. The department aims to enhance the quality of life of our residents by integrating physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing into the service we provide.
Hours: 22.5 per week excluding unpaid breaks (average over a 2 week rota)
Salary: £25,642 per annum full time based on a 37.5 hour week. Pro rata for 22.5 hours per week £15,385, increasing to £26,916 full time and £16,149 for 22.5 hours per week with NAPA level 2 qualification
